Dear friends,
We welcome Aleksondra Hultquist to the board of the Aphra Behn Society as our newest Member at Large. Congratulations to Aleksondra, and thank you to Nicole Garret, Kathy King, and Cynthia Richards for also offering to serve the ABS. Thank you also to everyone who voted.

Aleksondra takes office on November 1, 2012, replacing Jennifer Golightly, who has been active in the Society for many years and has served the maximum of two terms as Member at Large. We are losing a dedicated, long-serving member of the Society even as we gain one to the board, and we are grateful to Jennifer for all her hard work for the ABS.

So congratulations and many thanks to everyone who participated in the election, and welcome aboard and welcome back, Aleksondra!
