Sorry I am still away but I took a break to send you these forms
If you will be traveling to San Antonio with us in June (27th - 30th) I need you to complete these forms and fax them to 325-942-2039
Or bring by the teacher education office and leave them in my box.
Also email to let me know you sent them
I need them back by the end of the week – paper work has to be submited on Monday……
