2012 CEC Student Committee Positions

Application Deadline: Sept. 30, 2011

Want to make a difference in CEC and the field of special education? Apply to be a member of CEC’s Student Committee<http://CEC.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT0xNzYzODUwJnA9MSZ1PTEwMjU4Njk1NTImbGk9ODA4OTY0OQ/index.html>.

Members of this committee make recommendations to the CEC Board of Directors on issues of interest to students, determine the recipients of Student Awards and Scholarships, and plan and conduct an Issues Forum and other events for students at the CEC Annual Convention & Expo.

Members of the committee are provided registration, accommodations, travel, and meal reimbursement to attend the CEC Annual Convention & Expo.

Two committee positions are open for a two-year term of Jan. 1, 2012 through Dec. 31, 2013. Apply now by submitting the CEC Volunteer Interest Form<http://CEC.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT0xNzYzODUwJnA9MSZ1PTEwMjU4Njk1NTImbGk9ODA4OTY1MA/index.html>, your vita/resume, and two letters of recommendation. You must be a CEC Student member to be eligible.
