[Specialedgrad] SCEC SOARs help UPDATE

I am sending an e-mail to update you on the SOARS request
We DO NOT need help on the dates of June 17and 18 or July 22nd.

BUT WE WILL need help
and July 29, and 30.  The time is from 12-1:15 in the CHP.  For those of you that may have never heard of SOARs it is an opportunity to spread the word of our organization.

For us it will be a chance to allow incoming students that we are here and what we do for both the community and the school.  This will hopefully give us a chance to increase our membership.
