[Specialedgrad] SPED position - Dir. - Special & Federal Prog

 This position is about 2/3 Special Education Program Assessment,
Monitoring and Development, plus Intervention Staging and Compliance
reporting to start.
The remaining third will be the same processes applied across all other
federal and special programs.

They really want someone with small district background, who also can
manage Federal Grant Applications, program design and eval, compliance,
intervention, and reporting across Title Programs, GT, Bil / ESL, CTE,
At-Risk, Homeless, 504...
