[Specialed] Christian Breakfast Fellowship meeting in San Angelo

Dr Richard Evans, will be the speaker on Jun 7, 2012, at the Christian Breakfast Fellowship meeting in San Angelo at Kenny Blanek's Village Café beginning at 6:30 a.m.

Richard is a native of Brady Texas but has always considered the San Angelo area, home. Richard dropped out of high school in 1976 primarily due to academic difficulties with reading and writing.  After dropping out of high school he had a number of short term employment experiences.  He worked as a mechanic, carpenter's helper, a maintenance man, retail sales clerk, truck driver, etc. His failure to read and write and keep a job led to problems with drugs and alcohol. However, in 1984 Richard had an experience with the risen Christ, which changed his life forever.

Richard is currently an Associate Professor in the College of Education at Angelo State University.
He and his wife, Arlene, have 2 adult sons and 4 grandchildren.

Richard is the Director of Adult Education and Missions at Lakeview Bible Church.  He is also the President of Refuge ministries of San Angelo a nonprofit organization that works to improve literacy and biblical literacy in the US and abroad. Richard will be sharing his testimony of how he went from high school dropout to PhD with Gods' help and leadership+

Everyone is invaded to attend.
