There is a need for a tutor at CHS to work with a student that is totally blind and needing help getting to his classes…..in the midst of construction.  It will mainly be using skills to guide a blind young man using a cane, then also assisting in his classes as needed.  He is a very capable student with technology, but is a little behind.  He has some motor planning difficulties so travel on the campus, which is new to him anyway, is very problematic.  He also is hypersensitive to auditory input so he has trouble sorting out sounds…they are distracting to him when he is trying to concentrate.
 
Anyone (or a pair that can share due to scheduling issues) interested and who is available from 9-12 daily??  
It pays $10 per hour.
