Good morning Det 847,

Due to increased threats in the US relating to the recent operations in the Middle East, cadets will abide by the following guidance:

  1. All cadets will attend AS Class and LLAB sessions in their Det Polo Uniforms until further notice.
     * For AS classes today, cadets attending AS class today are encouraged to follow the above guidance but due to the short timeframe of this guidance, you should contact your respective AS instructor for clarification.
     * For Tues/Thurs PT sessions, PTUs are still required
  2. For cadets attending events requiring uniform wear (OCP/Blues), you will not wear your uniforms while transiting to and from the event.
     * Due to the early transit times for FTX, you will come prepared in OCPs (if issued to you), or other outfit approved by your cadet chain of command.
     * Please note: for the duration of an official event, you do not have to switch out of uniform.
  3. Any cadet activities outside of official training will not require uniform wear. We highly recommend time spent at the Detachment is limited to official/school requirements.

BL: Angelo State University/San Angelo is not a hard target, but we want to ensure max safety and force protection to mitigate any potential adversarial action.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

V/r,

[ASU]
