Student Feedback Request

Dear Professor Walters,

Greetings                         ,



It is that time in the semester when we ask professors to notify students who may be at risk of failing a course that it could be in their best interest to consider dropping the class, or to meet with you to discuss whether passing is still possible. Please note that the suggestion to drop is only a recommendation—the final decision rests entirely with the student.



The deadline to drop a class is November 25, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.



When you check a student’s name in your roster associated with this campaign, the student will automatically receive an email with instructions on how to drop the course. They will also be advised to contact offices such as Financial Aid, the VETS Center, Housing, etc., before dropping to ensure they understand any potential impacts.
