Team SWR,

Good morning. Please see attached spreadsheet for the SWR selections for all USAFA Summer ODT programs. We had 98 cadets selected as primaries and alternates. If you identify any discrepancies or if there are changes with your cadet’s availability to attend the ODT, please notify SWR.

For each program, please ensure you review the execution plan for that program and inform the cadet of any prerequisites they must complete. Additionally, please use the execution plan for travel planning and orders creation for cadets selected as a primary attendee. For alternates, AFROTC/DOT will let us know if a primary slot becomes available.

If you have any cadets with an USSF EA, there are still spots available for the Azimuth ODT. Per HQ AFROTC, the Azimuth ODT takes priority over all other summer ODTs. If deconfliction of dates is unable to be accomplished, the cadet should attend Azimuth.

We are still coordinating with the other regions on cadre escort selections. Once selections have been made, we will notify the Det/CC and member.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Very Respectfully,
