Hello & hope all is well!! Congrats on completing your Fall 2024 semester. Even to the very end, I continued to witness cadets finish strong, so thank-you for that max effort!

Just want to share that I contribute some of my longevity in the service due to well-placed reflection/rest time. When I was on leave or vacation, (for the most part 😊) my mind stayed on leave and vacation.  Take this time to reconnect with family & friends that you either missed or didn’t get a chance to talk to this semester.  Another attribute is self-care, do things(hobbies) that gets back to a healthy balance of you (soul/mind/body).  If you need anything just email or call.

BTW, I’m very excited on our next semester & talked to your new incoming Cadet Wg/CC: C/Wright & his vice Cadet Wg/CV: C/Giannoules (CONGRATS to both) and gave them my guidance on the next great semester.  More to follow, without a doubt I know we will have an amazing Spring ‘25 semester.
