Here are the latest Rated Results for our commissioning Lt’s in May 2025, purpose for message:
Increase Selection Opportunity for All Rated AFSCs:

     *   Cadets: control what you can control – strong performance in all OM Weighted Factors maximizes likelihood of Rated AFSC match. Can still be selected if strong in 3 of 4 Weighted Factors
     *   Cadets: List Rated AFSCs as your top choices on One Market Approach match before NRL preferences
     *   Cadets: list only Rated AFSCs you are qualified to fill
     *   AFPC still reserves the right to overrule a cadet’s higher NRL preferences to meet Rated requirements

[Pilot Selects (442 Total):  • All had Pilot as #1  CSO Selects (130 Total):  • 47 had CSO as #1  • 81 had CSO as #2 (79 had Pilot as #1, 2 had 14N as #1)  • 1 had CSO as #3, 1 had CSO as #6 (both had only NRL AFSCs higher)  RPA Selects (74 total)  • 20 had RPA as #1  • 53 had RPA as #2/#3/#4 (all had only Rated AFSCs higher)  • 1 had RPA as #5 (had Rated and NRL AFSCs higher)  ABM Selects (40 total):  • 8 had ABM as #1  • 26 had ABM as #2/#3 (25 had only Rated AFSCs higher, 1 had only NRL AFSCs higher)  • 3 had ABM as #4 (1 had only Rated higher, 2 had Rated and NRL AFSCs higher)  • 2 had ABM as #5, 1 had ABM as #10 (all had both Rated and NRL AFSCs higher)]





























Again, bottom line: control what you can control & ask/be informed in order to act early & be diligent.  Realize our Det earned 50% rated slots on upcoming commissioning Lt’s for 2025.
