FYSA: The next AFRC UFT ROTC Selection Board (25-07R) for FY27 Grads will convene in October 2025. Application deadline is 30 Sep 25. Conditional release is required and must be included with the application package. Cadets selected for AFR assignments will receive a SelRes service commitment equivalent to what would have been their active duty service commitment (ADSC) for completing the AFROTC program. Anyone selected to attend undergraduate flying training (UFT) will do so in an active duty for training status.

Cadets may apply for a pilot, CSO, ABM, or RPA position, in any combination or order of preference, and will only be evaluated for selection for the positions they apply for, in the order listed.

AFRC/A3R will conduct the UFT selection board October 2025 to select qualified AFROTC cadet volunteers.

 All UFT applications must be submitted by 30 September 2025 and include the following:

  1.  UFT Board Application Cover Sheet
  2.  AF Form 215 Aircrew Training Candidate Data Summary
  3.  AFIMT 1288 Application for Ready Reserve Assignment
  4.  AFRC Unit Sponsorship Letter (if sponsored)
  5.  Resume
  6.  Front and back copy of FAA Private Pilot License (if applicable)
  7.  Copy of last page of civilian flight logbook (if applicable)
  8.  NAF/CC endorsed Exception to Policy (ETP) memo (if applicable).
