Dear members,

I recently met with one of the grad students organizing *BizPitch*, and
they are looking for volunteers to help with setup, event support, and
cleanup. This is a great opportunity to earn volunteer hours with complete
flexibility!


*Event Details:*

📅 Date: April 17

📍 Location: ASU Alumni Center

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM


How you can help:

• 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Assist with general event setup

• 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Greet guests, provide event support, and help with
cleanup


You’re free to come at any time and leave when you feel you’ve completed
your hour (or more!). Just take a selfie at the event and send it to
me at *(325)
428-7401*, to confirm your hours.

If you’d like, you’re also welcome to stay, enjoy the event, and grab some
food!
