[Betaalphapsi] TBA Accounting Scholarship Clarification

Mrs. Golden wanted me to email you all regarding the TBA accounting scholarship she spoke about at the last Beta Alpha Psi meeting. She was able to speak with Donna Hillard at the TSBPA and get clarification about student eligibility.

As it turns out, eligibility is based on licensing requirements, not testing requirements.
