[Betaalphapsi] Volunteers Needed

Members,
The TXCPA is partnering with SAISD to host an event called the 24 Challenge. It’s a math game/competition for 4th and 5th graders. They’re needing volunteers to proctor the competition on Tuesday, November 19th from 3:00 – 5:30 p.m. I think this is a wonderful opportunity for our chapter to establish a relationship with SAISD that will benefit us as we look toward future service projects and outreach involving K-12 students. I’ve signed up to volunteer through the TXCPA as they requested volunteers at the last TXCPA meeting.
Please consider volunteering with me. I am happy to provide transportation to the event if that’s a concern. Also, I will buy dinner after for any volunteers. 😊
Also, if you have any friends or classmates who are not BAP members, but would like to volunteer, please let me know. There are 13 volunteer spots that need to be filled, so any help is greatly appreciated!
If you’re able to volunteer, please let me know before the end of the week and I’ll get you the detailed information.
