[Betaalphapsi] Election Results

Members,

First of all, thank you to everyone who took time out of their last week of summer to read my emails, attend the virtual meeting or watch the recording, and vote. We had a quorum, as defined in our bylaws as 25% of member attendance, at the live meeting and 65.4% of our 25 members voted in the election. This far exceeded my expectations and I am grateful to each of you for making a summer election possible!

I'm pleased to announce that you have elected Pierce Stephens as the next President of the ASU Beta Alpha Psi chapter. I know that you will be in good hands with Pierce.

I want to thank both Pierce and Tai for their willingness to step up and serve the chapter. Jumping into this role so late in the game is not an easy task. I honestly wasn't sure that anyone would volunteer, but the fact that two such well-qualified individuals were willing to serve speaks not only to the strength and quality of the members of BAP, but also to the character of these individuals and the group as a whole.

I'm honored to serve as your faculty advisor and am looking forward to a fantastic semester! If any of you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
