<p class="MsoNormal">I’m filled with a mix of emotions — gratitude, reflection, a touch of sadness, and a deep sense of
<u><span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">appreciation</span></u>. Departing the fix is not easy because leaving a place that has shaped me so deeply — both professionally and personally — is never simple. Leading in this organization has been
one of the greatest honors of my life. To be part of something bigger than myself, to work alongside people who bring heart, integrity, and brilliance to the table every single day — that’s a privilege I’ve never taken for granted. You’ve challenged me, supported
me, trusted me, and taught me. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Leadership, to me, was never about titles or authority. It was about service & about showing up, listening, creating space for others to grow, and learning from failures just as much as success! And every step of the way, I’ve grown because
